Wainwright’s Book Five
The Northern Fells are almost circular in plan separated from the rest of the Lake District by Bassenthwaite Lake, the Vale of Keswick and the Glenderamackin River.
And yes, before you ask, theWainwright’s are all different even though many look the same. The Howgill Fells don’t look too dissimilar.
